WeGame Client 2.2.0 Released
Hey WeGamers,
First off – happy (belated) new year to all of you! The team here worked hard over the holidays to bring you some exciting new updates. We’re particularly excited about this release because we were able to totally re-architect our sound capture system. Continue reading for the full changelog:
NEW Sound Capture Architecture (for Vista & 7) AKA “We fixed the sound bug”:
At last, we bring you a totally re-vamped sound capture architecture. What does this mean? It means if you ever had any sound capture issues in the past with WeGame, this release most likely work perfectly for you (unless you are on XP :). With 2.2.0, fhe following issues have been resolved:
- WeGame would not capture sound in any recorded videos.
- The sound in videos recorded by WeGame was out of sync.
So if you ever had sound capture problems with WeGame in the past, try out this latest update!
Improved Performance With Video Recording
If you have a Quad-core CPU, WeGame will now take advantage of all your cores while recording. Zoom, zoom!
Improved Game Library Detection
We’ve made some improvements to the game detection system to reduce the number of false positives.
Miscellaneous UI Fixes
We spent some time cleaning house and fixed some minor UI bugs here and there.
