Hey everyone,
I’m happy to announce that we are releasing version 1.0.9 of the WeGame client. You can download it here. There are a lot of new features and bug fixes this time:
Screenshots
You can now take screenshots with the WeGame client! Once you update to the latest version, you will be prompted to select a screenshot hotkey and storage directory. After that, just launch your favorite game and hit your screenshot hotkey. Every time you take a screenshot, it will automatically be uploaded in the background and tagged with the correct game. No need to manually upload! However, if you prefer to upload manually, you can select the ‘Manual Upload’ option in the Screenshots tab of the Settings dialog.
Improved Game Hooking System
We’ve made a lot of improvements to our game hooking system in this release. If you have had problems with WeGame not showing a green square before, please try this release and let us know how it works out.
Custom Video Record FPS
This was a frequently requested feature. You can now set the FPS of your recorded WeGame videos. It defaults to 20 FPS, but you can change it to 15, 20, 25, or 30. You can find this option in the ‘Videos’ tab of the Settings dialog.
Hopefully everyone has fun with the new client. Definitely take a few screenshots of your favorite games and share them with the WeGame community! If you have any problems, please e-mail us at help@wegame.com or visit our Client Support Forum.

Hey guys, just want to say i really do love this software! And this site, it’s really great. I am seeing that it will become BIG for the gaming community.
Just a few suggestions for improvement.
- The recording from microphone does not work for me, don’t know why!
- When uploading videos, let there be a pause button (some videos can take hours, and you have to restart it if you know the internet is going to go down.)
- Make it optional to upload screenshots immediately to wegame.
If i can think of any more, i will let you know.
-Wills :)
