Hello WeGamers!
Today we released version 1.0.3 of our client. We took in a lot of the input from our users and as a result we’ve made a few changes, including one pretty substantial change to the function of the program. In older versions, when one pressed the record button, the indicator light in the corner switched from green to red and then back again. Now the indicator disappears during recording and reappears after the recording stops, hopefully making it a more appealing choice for machinima creators. We also added recording support for the two major World of Warcraft Machinima tools:
- World of Warcraft Model Viewer
- World of Warcraft Map Viewer
Beyond machinima, we also improved our sound capturing system, so some users that formerly were unable to capture sound will now hopefully be able to. We also corrected a naming issue which arose with Warsow, so now it should record properly. Big thanks to all our users so far, these past two weeks have been great for us. Now load up version 1.0.3 and get recording!

well it says it has been released but its not available for download, or is it the update we download?

When you start WeGame it will automaticly search for the newest version and update to it.

With the new update, the quality got really bad. Yesterday, I was recording in 1024×768, now it’s just 640×480 though I checked the “HD Recording”.

It would be nice to have some control over the fps you can record at.

Needs more control over the framerate you record at. I can’t stand playing and having smooth gameplay only to watch the vid and see it’s really choppy…
