Hello WeGamers!
Today we released version 1.0.2 of our client. It’s just a little update to support a few more games, but we wanted you to know that we’re keeping at it! Again, it will be automatically detected and downloaded the next time you start the WeGame client. We’ve added a few more games for you guys in this release based on your input. The WeGame client can now record:
- Warsow
- EVE Online
- Lord of the Rings Online
- America’s Army
While the last three of these games will also have new categories on the website, Warsow will be categorized and uploaded under the Quake Series on the website. Look for them there! Games currently on the roster for addition are:
- Medal of Honor: Airborne
- Dawn of War
- Command and Conquer Generals
- Age of Empires 3
- The Battle for Middle Earth
- Supreme Commander
- Lineage 2
- Unreal Tournament 3
- Armed Assault
- Quake Wars Enemy Territory
As you can see, we’ve got a lot on our plate, but we’re definitely always open to more. Please let us know at help@wegame.com.
To address known bugs with the client:
- A small number of users are having a Windows crash error when they attempt to launch WeGame. While we are working on a solution, some users have found that uninstalling and reinstalling the client has eliminated the error. We’d like to prevent it altogether, so if this is happening to you, please email us at help@wegame.com with as much information about your system as possible.
- Known sound issues:
- Recording only your mic
- No sound at all
- Distorted/out of sync/staticy sound
- Users attempting to connect through a proxy are unable to login to the client. We are working on a solution, so please bear with us!

Any chance you can put a direct link up because I cant sign into the accounts and download new one (because of proxy settings)

Hi,
Every Game crash when I start them while the WeGame Client is runing. (for example Team Fortress 2 or CoD4)

CoD4 appears to work, but mods don’t.. So, for example, when you join a server with PAM on, there is a DirectX error. :(

any way to run the client w/o an active internet connection ?

I am trying to run the newest release and I get a crash upon it trying to update. Checking the error signature it states the following:
AppName: wegame.exe AppVer: 0.7.7.7 ModName: echelon_4.1.dll
ModVer: 0.7.7.8 Offset: 000022ef
Please verify the reason for this type of error. I am running an Nvidia 7 Series and 1G ram on a 1.7 ghz comp.
